How Every Service Begins
Intake Assessment
Photographs taken, condition noted, estimate written. No work begins without your agreement.
Workshop Work
Service carried out by the lead technician, following the agreed scope. Parts noted if any arise.
Testing & Regulation
Timing machine regulation (mechanical) or pressure test (water-resistance work) before handback.
Report & Collection
Written condition report prepared (mechanical services). Watch collected by arrangement.
Mechanical Work
Movement Servicing & Regulation
A full inspection, cleaning, and re-oiling of mechanical movements, with careful accuracy adjustment on a timing machine. Includes a written condition report and a gentle note on any parts that would benefit from attention. This is the core service that every mechanical watch needs periodically — typically every 5 to 7 years for a regularly worn piece, or sooner if accuracy or winding has changed noticeably.

- Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Swiss-grade lubricants applied to manufacturer specification
- Multi-position regulation on Witschi timing analyser
- Written condition report with pre- and post-service data
- Notes on any worn or marginal components

Quartz & Everyday Wear
Strap, Battery & Water-Resistance Care
Battery renewal for quartz pieces, strap and bracelet fitting, gasket renewal, and a pressure check of the case seals. A tidy same-week option for everyday wear — whether the battery has stopped, the strap has worn through, or you want to know that the seals are still holding before a holiday near water.

- Battery replacement with Swiss-brand cells (quartz models)
- Strap and bracelet fitting — leather, rubber, or metal
- Crown and case-back gasket renewal
- Dry-air pressure test to rated depth after gasket work
- Light case cleaning on request

Heritage & Collector Pieces
Full Restoration & Case Refinishing
Complete dismantling, dial and hand refreshing where appropriate, case and bracelet refinishing, and reassembly to original specification. Reserved for heritage and collector pieces that deserve unhurried work. This is not a service we rush — each restoration is assessed on its own terms and the work is sequenced accordingly.

- Dial and hand cleaning or careful refreshing

Shared Standards
Protocols Across All Services
Secure Intake Procedure
Every piece is photographed, catalogued, and stored in a locked cabinet when not on the bench. Collected only by the person who brought it in.
Grade-Correct Lubricants
Moebius and Nye lubricants stored at controlled temperature, applied to the specification for each movement calibre and component type.
Written Estimates First
No work begins without a written estimate agreed by the customer. If circumstances change inside the job, we stop and call before spending more.
Calibrated Pressure Testing
Water-resistance is verified with dry-air pressure test equipment — not assumed from visual inspection alone. Results documented per service.
English & Thai Communication
All service communication is available in English and Thai. Condition reports can be written in either language on request.
No Sub-Contracting
All work is carried out in our Sukhumvit workshop. We do not send watches to third-party service centres. The person who assessed your watch is the person who works on it.
